Zur Sache also: vor 3 Tagen ist der "Filmkritikpapst" Roger Ebert verstorben. Egal, wie man zu seinen Meinungen und seinem Stil steht, ist sein Einfluss auf die Kinogeschichte wohl kaum zu unterschätzen.
Und um das "egal, wie" doch anzugehen: so richtig schlau bin ich aus Eberts Geschmack nie geworden. Meistens verdammte er Blockbuster und gab sich als Anwalt gehobenen Anspruchs, aber in beide Richtungen hatte er so viele Ausreißer, dass sie auch schon fast wieder System hatten. Vermutlich ist der Schlüssel dazu aber diese Richtlinie, die mir bisher bei ihm gar nicht bewusst war:
